$30.7M in sales in the last fiscal year, reflecting 6.5% growth over the previous fiscal year.
$9.8M worth of local and regional products were sold across both stores
$6M worth of USDA Certified Organic products were sold in the meat, produce, and bulk departments.
134.7 tons of food were sold at the hot and salad bars at both stores.
20k hot lunch and breakfast sandwiches were sold at both stores
We launched our smoked meat program - adding 2 offerings: smoked salmon and smoked pork.

129.7 tons of waste were diverted from the landfill through composting.
$44k was donated to local causes.
$36.8k of the $44k in donations were raised through our Apple-a-Day program.
