Providing high-quality, healthy, and local foods and goods through an economically sustainable business model.
  • $30.7M in sales in the last fiscal year, reflecting 6.5% growth over the previous fiscal year. 

  • $9.8M worth of local and regional products were sold across both stores

  • $6M worth of USDA Certified Organic products were sold in the meat, produce, and bulk departments. 

  • 134.7 tons of food were sold at the hot and salad bars at both stores.

  • 20k hot lunch and breakfast sandwiches were sold at both stores

  • We launched our smoked meat program - adding 2 offerings: smoked salmon and smoked pork.

Setting the bar for an all-welcoming place founded on kindness, respect, and dignity.
  • We raised our starting wage to $20/hour. 

  • 100% of health insurance premiums were paid by the Co-op. The average employer pays 85%

  • $157k was matched by the Co-op for employee retirement funds. 

  • 10.6 tons of food were provided in our Staff Snack Shack. 

  • $228k in savings was provided to our employees through their staff discount. 

  • $10,840 was given to staff between both stores in High 5s - a top-rated benefit on the staff survey. 

  • We have 14,222 active members, growing by 906 new members. 

  • $340k was saved by our members through the Basics program, FoodENews coupon redemptions, and Members Save More discounts. 

  • $30k was saved by members redeeming bag credits and hike and bike rewards. 

  • $111k was provided in savings to EATS program participants. 

Supporting the growth and success of locally owned businesses.
  • 106 different local and regional producers sold at our stores. 

  • 63 local and regional services used by our stores. 

  • 21.96 megawatt hours were produced by our solar panels, offsetting up to 9.7 metric tons of CO2 per year. 

  • 2600 members were engaged in new programs such as farm & ranch tours, Co-op tours, GM+Member Connections, and printed newsletters.

  • 129.7 tons of waste were diverted from the landfill through composting. 

  • $44k was donated to local causes.

  • $36.8k of the $44k in donations were raised through our Apple-a-Day program. 

  • 8.4 tons of food were donated to Gallatin Valley and MSU Food Banks.
