A Gather & GROW Speaker Series Event with Lynne White | January 22nd | 6:30PM - 7:30PM
We spend more than 90% of our lives indoors — at home, at work, and in shared spaces. Yet according to the EPA, indoor environments can be 10 to 100 times more polluted than outdoor air.
So what does that mean for our health?
At our next Gather & GROW Speaker Series, we’re welcoming Lynne White, an Indoor Environmental Consultant and Building Biologist, to help shed light on the invisible factors inside our indoor spaces that may be quietly impacting our well-being.
Why Indoor Environments Matter
Have you ever experienced ongoing fatigue, headaches, allergies, or health symptoms that don’t seem to have a clear explanation? Or maybe you’re feeling “fine,” but want to support greater vitality, longevity, and overall wellness. Many of the stressors affecting our health aren’t always visible. Indoor air pollutants, environmental toxins, EMFs, and even certain building materials can impact the body over time — sometimes without obvious warning signs. This workshop offers insight into one of the largest contributing factors to health and well-being that has yet to reach mainstream awareness, despite decades of supporting medical research.
What You’ll Learn
During this talk, Lynne will break down complex topics in a clear, approachable way. Attendees will gain:
A basic understanding of common indoor environmental toxins and pollutants
Insight into how indoor air quality, EMFs, and building materials can affect health
An explanation of why symptoms can appear even without visible signs of stress
Simple, affordable steps to create a healthier indoor environment
Guidance on longer-term solutions for improving indoor living spaces over time
Just like choosing nourishing food, drinking clean water, and using natural products, caring for your indoor environment is an important part of whole-body wellness.
