This year's meeting will look back at where we've been — recognizing outgoing and returning board members, celebrating staff milestones, and reviewing our Ends Report and financial standing — while also looking ahead, with the announcement of this year's Board of Directors election results. Come be part of the conversation about where your Co-op is headed next.

• Time to mingle with fellow Co-op members after the business meeting

We opted to host this year's GMM off-site due to space restrictions. Our conference room can only comfortably hold 60 folks. We're anticipating closer to 100 people this year.

The Agenda

Whether you've been to a GMM before or this is your first, welcome. We'll gather to share a meal, hear updates on the past year, and recognize the people who make this Co-op what it is. Here's what to expect:

• Welcome & Introductions — Jen Madgic, Board President

• Recognition of Current & Former Board Members

• Organizational Changes — Jen Madgic, Board President, including the introduction of Hanah McCarthy as Interim General Manager

• Staff Recognition & Ends Report — Hanah McCarthy, General Manager, including staff milestone anniversaries and our annual Ends Report

• Finance Update — Hanah McCarthy, Interim GM & Finance Director

• Election Results — Susan Quarles, Board Member

Food & Drink

Dinner this year is made in-house by our own Co-op Kitchen team:

• Meat Chili

• Vegan Chili

• Cornbread (gluten-free available) or Sliced Focaccia

• Sour cream for chili toppings

• Sparkling and still water

Getting There

Downtown Bozeman offers free parking for 2 hours. We recommend street parking or parking in the nearby parking garage.

Accessibility

Seating Chairs will be provided for all guests to sit.

Bringing Kids This meeting is a formal business session without childcare on-site. We ask that attendees arrange childcare in advance.
