Easter Honey-Glazed Ham

Sweet, golden, and tender, this honey-glazed ham is the star of any holiday table.
Ingredients
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8–10 lbs)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1/4-inch deep. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cloves, and pepper. Brush about half of the glaze over the ham.
Pour water into the bottom of the roasting pan to keep ham moist. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 20–30 minutes with remaining glaze, until heated through and golden.
Let ham rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
