Co-op News

Wildly Important Goal: To nurture and grow our average weekly customer interactions from 16,400 to 37,500 by the summer of 2036.
The Vision
The 10 Year Strategic Vision
We envision a thriving community driven Co-op that deepens our impact, strengthens our relevance, and cements our place as a cornerstone of our local economy.
The Why
As a co-operatively owned grocery store, we’re built by and for our member-owners — those who believe that good food and shared values can drive meaningful change. We prioritize sustainability and economic resilience, with an aim to nourish our community and help contribute to a more just and connected food system.
Our strategic vision represents our commitment to enhancing every aspect of the Co-op experience through intentional leadership, refined branding, and thoughtful communication. It’s about raising the bar with our nourishing products and deepening the value of membership, not just as a benefit, but as a responsibility our staff and members share together.
We’re refocusing on nourishing as much of our community as possible in order to contribute to a healthier, more sustainable Montana that’s powered by the people who own our store.
